Colic is a common problem

What is Baby Colic?

Colic is a set of symptoms in a healthy infant, not a disease.

It is a common problem in normal, well-developing, healthy children.

However, colic does deprive both children and parents of needed sleep and causes psychological, emotional, and physical stress.

Most researchers agree that colic is quite common. About 10% to 20% of babies experience colic, typically between the ages of 2 weeks and 6 months.
